Looking to straighten your teeth but don’t like those non-removable conventional braces? Then clear aligners are a great option for you. Also known as clear braces, these clear aligners are removable and an effective replacement to traditional braces. We use invisalign, a series of individual transparent, removable trays that straighten your teeth gradually.
Aligners can correct mild to severe orthodontic problems if you have a proper bite. These invisalign trays are computer-generated according to your teeth position. When continuously worn, it gives a perfect and quick result. Also, this treatment should be performed by an experienced orthodontist and must be well planned to avoid any bite problems in the future.
Treatment procedures
These invisible aligners have to be changed once after two or three weeks until a perfect result is achieved. In this treatment, the following process takes place.
- Step 1: After getting an appointment, our dentist will analyze the position of your teeth and checks the condition of the bite. If everything is fine, an impression of your teeth or intraoral scan is taken as well as few photos of your smile are captured for further processing.
- Step 2: The impressions that are taken during your consultation are processed, and a three-dimensional model of your teeth is made.
- Step 3: This three-dimensional model of your teeth is sent to invisible brace suppliers. Here a series of computer-generated aligners are prepared to gradually align your teeth to produce a brilliant smile. These series of aligners are changed once after two weeks as per your movement of the teeth. They also produce faster results than conventional braces. Post-treatment, an impression of your straight teeth or intraoral scan is taken and retainers are made to maintain the new position of your teeth.
